Players create a party of six characters in Touhou Lost Word. In this turn-based strategy game, players are required to defeat the waves of enemies that are located within the stages. By defeating them, players can progress forward to unlock new stages.
Each character has six attributes: HP, agility, yin attack, yin defense, yang attack, and yang defense. This determines the combat effectiveness of each player. Not only that, but the characters have several spell cards. You can use it multiple times in a single stage. But which characters are the most powerful? This was the complete Tier List. The best characters are in the S tier. However, it is not necessary that this is best for you. You can always try out different characters and see which is the best for your gameplay.
How to unlock Touhou Lost Word Characters
In the game, you can unlock more than 80 playable characters. Some will be free, while others will demand some effort. After completing the tutorial, you will have Reisen Udongein Inaba at the start. To unlock Marisa Kirisame and Reimu Hakurei for free, you will have to complete the preliminary tutorial section. After that, go back to the main menu and press the ‘items’ option. Claim the rewards from there and then check the ‘friends’ menu. The two characters will be there for free.
The game’s shop is available if you want to purchase more characters. The shop will require you to spend crystals. The crystals can be bought with real money. Therefore, buying characters can cost you some real money. If you want the characters quickly, this is the only option. Alternatively, you can wait and complete tasks and objectives to unlock characters.
