Chinchou is one of the top-tier Pokemon that is available for you in the Element Cup. It has a unique Water/Electric type, and the best part is that it can easily defeat both Water-type and Grass-type opponents despite its weakness to Grass and Ground. Thunderbolt and Bubble Beam is one of the best charged attacks of Chinchou. You can use it with Spark as a fast move that makes it a deadly Pokemon.

Salandit is a Fire and Poison-type Pokemon capable of easily defeating Water-types such as Chinchou and Ducklett. Salandit is the best option for the Element Cup as it will dominate other Pokemon easily and has a great chance to give you victory. On the other hand, if you face Salandit, you can use Skrelp and Slugma against it.
