The worldwide shortage of components has rendered the latest generation of consoles a rare piece of gaming equipment, requiring most players to purchase a PS5 from scalpers. PlayStation 5 fans still without a PS5 will find a glimmer of hope via an event that Sony launched recently, but it requires more than luck.
Players will be invited to a code hunt in the Treat Codes event, as Sony released 14 codes around the world to enter the contest. Users can enter these codes and have a chance to win a PlayStation 5 directly from Sony with 14 opportunities. However, these codes can be hard to find. Here is everything you need to know about the PS5 treat codes.
How do PS5 treat codes work?
To open the widget, click the “Enter code” button and enter your PlayStation Network ID. The Official Rules contain terms and conditions that must be agreed upon before codes may be entered. You may input a code in the widget using the ‘Enter code’ button. When the code is accurate, the related quest will unlock a question.
If you properly answer the question, you will be eligible to win a PlayStation 5. To confirm that you’ve submitted your submission, you’ll see a crown symbol next to each assignment you’ve completed. Each code you find boosts your chances of winning a PS5, thus the more codes you find, the better your chances. Below are all the treat codes with answers that might be correct.

Each code you find can only be submitted once. You can therefore enter up to 14 codes if you find them all. For each Participating Group, there are three consoles available to win, resulting in a total of nine consoles available to win for every Participating Group. Among the three Entrants in each Participating Group with the closest correct answer, three will be deemed, Potential Winners.
