How to participate in the event?
To participate in the Final Fantasy XIV Heavensturn Event, you will have to speak with the usagi bugyo in Limsa Lominsa, Upper Decks (X:11.5 Y:13.9).
The Box of Fortune
The usagi bugyo predicts good news for you in the future. This time, you’ll be able to make an omikuji, or fate drawing. In the West, this customary pastime is not widely known. In Japan, omikuji are fortune-telling papers found in temples. Visitors can make small offerings to receive an omikuji and it predicts the chances of one’s wishes and hopes come true! There is also a possibility of drawing bad luck, which is why the fortunes are typically left behind.
Rewards
As part of the event, you’ll also be able to earn rewards like Japanese-inspired armor glamor armor sets. (all the more exciting if you happen to live in one of the new neighborhoods that will open next month).
There will also be a wall-mounted indoor accessory available. Any home fan would appreciate the vermilion tones on the banner with the crane design.
